Hi

I would guess yes, and I like this combo very much, too. I don't use

unfermented soy products, though, because of the isoflavones. And I eat

organic steel cut oats, raw, so that they are lower on the glycemic index. I

absolutely love the texture. I also add ground flax seed and cloves,

cinnamon, and ginger to jazz ti up. The blueberries don't need it, but they

send their flavor through in any case.

From my research, mild heating does not reduce the AO capacity.
