I don't use unfermented soy products, though, because of the isoflavones. And I eat organic steel cut oats, raw, so that they are lower on the glycemic index. I absolutely love the texture. I also add ground flax seed and cloves, cinnamon, and ginger to jazz ti up. The blueberries don't need it, but they send their flavor through in any case. Long health!
