Guest guest
Thought I'd give this another shot at answering: Newbies: if all this is Greek to you then : KISS (keep it simple, stupid). Remember all you really need to know is CALORIES, CALORIES, CALORIES. This combined with advice that you've all heard such as eat at least 5 (probably more) veggies and fruits a day, and the advice given in the " CR Made Easy " file is really all you need to know to be a successful CRONIE. All the rest is a bit of " icing on the cake " (oops excuse me for mentioning cake). Even the most fanatical members on the main list such as Dean and Rae agree on this. Although they may argue all the finer points of CR, they do agree that the finer points can be ignored. wrote: > Many CRONies eat relatively low carb.
