Simone writes: "Also, I am afraid to bring this up on the main list, as some people there think that these types of questions are silly and off topic. I hope that general crabbiness is NOT a side effect of the CRON diet!"

I've thought about that too, the corollary being, "Why would such crabby people want to PROLONG their miserable lives?" (Smile people, that's supposed to be funny.) In truth, MOST of the folks on both lists are delightful MOST of the time, with a few obvious slips along the way (me too...ahem.)

I belong to a few other email groups unrelated to CR and have decided that EMAIL GROUPS themselves are a breeding ground for social disorders. I don't think it's so much that CR causes distemper, but that email groups attract distempered people! (Compared to the orchids list, the CR people are a bunch of pussycats! Wouldn't you think people with orchids on their hearts would be kind to each other? Go figure.)

, I'm sorry you were cut short on the main list. Thanks for sticking in there, and I'm sure you'll be glad you did in the long term. I myself am more comfortable sharing my concerns on THIS list, and I'm sure if I had a question that nobody could answer for me here, I'd be referred to the main list. (I really don't care how many fatty acids can sit on a pinhead anyway, so this list is just right for me.)

Hugs

Suz
