RJB: I appreciate your analyzing this for me (and any others). The salt

doesn't look too bad, but Total has some sugar, corn syrup and few other

things that would make some CRONIES cringe. I eat 3/4 cup (a portion size).

And on behalf of the entire list, thanks for the new recipe for our files!!

So here goes:
