Hey Suz...garlic breath and sweat beat the heck out of diminished libido and soy induced shrunken testosterone! We should count our blessings! Also, we have several garlic presses but I hate to clean them so we now buy huge jars of minced garlic at Costco or elsewhere...the lazy guy's garlic and based on our recent posts from Jam, faster and easier are the preferred methods of CRON preparation...PS don't even tell her (or him?) about the Kale...we don't want to lose another Newbie before their first week!

Buy yourself a little hand-held kitchen gizmo called a "garlic press." One clove of garlic pressed through it can be added to many dishes without overpowering.

OK here's the garlic story. I really got into the stuff awhile back...pressing it through my garlic press and adding it to my stir-steamed kale (you guessed it.) Didn't think I had a breath problem. I brushed and flossed twice and used Scope. The NEXT DAY I went off to do a couple of massages (this was before my joyful retirement.) Well, the durn stuff must have oozed out of my pores or something. The whole room stunk of garlic while I was trying to do that massage. This was more than 12 hours since I'd eaten the garlic. It was so obvious that my client mentioned it. That had to be one of my life's most embarassing moments. I cancelled the next client, knowing that it was going to take a few hours/days/weeks/months/years to return to normal.

I later tried Breath Assure, per my client's suggestion that day. Breath Assure really WORKS. Although the garlic odor originally seemed to go well beyond a mere breath problem, the Breath Assure seems to neutralize the garlic at the source...no more garlic sweat. (Uh well so far as I can tell. Ahem.)

Needless to say, however, I'm pretty careful with garlic these days. If it can do what it did to me during the massage that day, I figure it's durned potent stuff. A little is plenty.

Hey Francesca, it's finally come to this. We're talking about our breath and our sweat on this list. What's next?
