Hi Joanne: that's just the point! We all do. But eating the widest

variety of food possible is the best way to go. First of all, there are

probably foods you've never tried (think kefir).

Second, there may be nutrients yet to be discovered in these foods. While

answering some questions Suz posed to me during her arduous task of putting

the checklist together, I discovered that guar was a legume (I had no idea

what the heck it was). So by eating guar, I'm getting a nutritious legume,

curbing my appetite, helping my blood lipids, helping my glucous metabolism,

etc. You get the picture?

This checklist is something I intend to use. I urge the rest of you to

consider doing the same. It will make your ON part on CRON much simpler.
