After the big kefir debates, I decided that while I wasn't ready to

If you have room for one large mason jar you have all the room you

need to make kefir. I go the easy way and use the Teldon kefir

floater. www.teldon.ca

I purchased two wide mouth plastic quart containers. In the evening

I transfer the floater to a container with fresh skim milk and place

it on my kitchen counter behind the coffee maker. The finished kefir

goes into the refrigerator to be cooled for consumption the next

morning. With a couple of squirts of sucralose and a few blueberries

thrown in I have a tasty beverage which costs quite abit less than a

quart of purchased commercial kefir.
