CR dude: have you tried any of the tips in our " Aids and Tips " file? The

newest aid that we have (thanks to Suzie Cart for discovering it) is

Satietrol. It really works and according to the people on the list who have

tried it gets more " efficient " at controlling hunger the more you use it

i.e. at first you may need to use it 3 times a day, then after using a

while, only once or twice a day.
