How about a woman of 57 who looks, feels and acts - and is always guessed to be - less than 43? ;>) [snip] > Bear in > mind, too, tha this is a health-science kind of piece, serious and objective > but with a vital human element - you! > > Anyway, please feel free to contact me either on this board or at the phone > number above. I've lost 30 pounds since my high of 142 in April of 2000 soon after which I began CR with my soon to become husband, Tom s ( Wakfer) who has been a practitioner since 1990, with greater ease and conscientiousness since 1997. I've not found it difficult and can say that I look forward to eating this way for the rest of our lives - we are planning and working towards a *very* long vigorous life, hopefully unbounded. Many aspects of how we deal with food and other areas of our lives, including vital statistics, can be viewed at http://morelife.org/personal/health/ The technical portion on Food can be accessed from the site entry page. (For those who have not visited MoreLife, please read our Introduction to get an overall understanding of our goals. And please keep in mind that much of the site is still " on the drawing board " and, as every page states very clearly at the bottom, " MoreLife is Always Under Construction " .) The most enjoyable part of the good physical health I enjoy - mostly as a result of eating a nutritionally dense diet - is the vitality I enjoy (Tom/ too). Our favorite form of exercise is dancing; not ballroom, but the real high energy variety - you can read about that at the website too. ;>) The CR Support Group has been linked from MoreLife since the latter went " live " in March of 2001, though I originally had joined the group in November 2000. I " rejoined " with my current email address when I recently updated the group's URL in our links. Though I can't be very active due to lack of time, I will be perusing the posts periodically and joining in when I can offer something worthwhile - most often when I have a link to something pertinent at MoreLife. **Kitty Antonik Wakfer Associate of Tom s ( Wakfer) *** MoreLife for the rational - http://morelife.org Reality based tools for more life in quantity and quality
