Hi Christy,

Thanks for de-lurking, and welcome to the CR Support Group. I think others have already answered your questions, but I just wanted to tell you "hi." Don't be shy with your questions...ask away. If you haven't read any of Roy Walford's books, I encourage you to get "Beyond the 120 Year Diet." Where did you hear about CR? Tell us about yourself.
