Guest guest
Suz et al, I answered my own question and found a device through a Google search that is hand held, very simple for those who are not very computer saavy, and quite expensive. It is called the NutriCounter and is found at www.nutricounter.com. It is not very comprehensive but does track calories, fats, carbs, protein, fiber, and a few other things. The only thing I like about it is that you can carry it with you and do not have to wait to sit down at the computer to use it. It sells for $135 so it is out of my budget for now but it might be a fun gadget for some of you out there. __________________________________________________
