Guest guest
Francesca, I've heard reference to canned salmon a few times now since joining the list. Is there something more to salmon being canned or does fresh or smoked salmon do the same job? Is it just a price issue, as I'm sure canned is cheaper? I'm trying to avoid xenoestrogens in canned foods, so I eat a lot of fresh salmon/tuna. So you get the salt and along with it other " bennies " . > > ---------- > From: " crdude35768 " <crdude35768@...> > Increasing salt completely fixed my pedal edema. ........ > > Additionally, I have some abdominal distension (simliar to what Micky > Snir describes) that comes and go, and sodium intake seems to have > improved that situation as well. ....... > However, the most important observation I have made is an observation > that Micky has also contributed, in that I am significantly less > hungry upon increasing salt. ....(snipped) >
