This particular list has never subscribed to the idea of totally eliminating

whole grains from the diet . And neither does Walford. Include a bit of

everything to insure that you're not missing some yet to be discovered

nutrient or benefit! Suzie's Checklist for Variety (in the files) comes in

handy here.
