Dave and other newbies: this was a very old post. Poor was corrected

back then and I guess must relive this. He was apparently confusing A with

E. At the time, I mentioned that " Vitamin Bible says.... " and now

is telling me that Earl Mindell, the author is a quake. Thanks Sam.

Before I toss out my Vitamin Bible, any recommendations as to what I could

replace it with?
