Of all things she says about fast food: " I'm perfectly happy with a Mc's hamburger. They do them well. So does Burger King. " Another famous, very " well rounded " long lived and healthy- to- the- end woman was England's Queen Mum. 101 or so very healthy years? Someone on the list recently said that you don't see any overweight very old people.
