ginger root freezes very well. For use in cooking I freeze the ginger and

just grate off the amount I need while still frozen. I then put the still

frozen remainder of root back in the freezer. I have had the same ginger

root for a few months now and I always have it on hand for stir fry or other

uses.

Suz: are you saying you get a high from ginger root?? Will this work with

ground ginger from a spice jar, or my favorite form, pickled ginger a la

sushi? Do you have to eat a certain amt of it or what? I'm VERY interested

in this effect. Hopefully this works on " frozen " form of ginger root that

uses, which stores so well in the freezer.
