So this post will be substituted for the recipe in the files Guar Pudding Add flavoring and sweetner to a pint of cold water. Adjust to taste. (Suggestions for flavorings are: coffee, lemon, lime, pina colada, chocolate, or the Lorann flavors listed in the recipe files.) Add about 1/2 TBS Guar and mix well. Note: If your guar is from " Beyond a Century " it will mix easily by simply stirring briskly. If you are using Warren's guar, you will need to use a sifter and mix well after sifting the guar into the water. Allow to refrigerate overnight. Stir again before eating. It should taste and have the consistency of the inside of a jelly donut. Remember to eat with meals or food only, to get maximum health effects, and to avoid gas or more serious side effects as noted in: /message/3947 ..
