Xylitol sounds like the greatest thing since sliced (whole wheat :-) bread. Why isn't there more interest and publicity about this sweetner that not only replaces that " evil " culprit sugar, but enhances health as well? Anyone understand what the heck is going on here? I'm certainly ready to switch to this product.
