,

I would not give a double dose of the antivirals. If you miss a dose,

just continue on with the remaining regular doses for that day, or

give the missed dose much later in the day, just before bed or

something.

As to the headache, I would be sure that my child was getting lots of

water during the antiviral protocol. My personal feeling is that the

side-effects we feel during viral protocol reflect our individual weak

spots and the viruses being attacked. I had very swollen neck

glands. Some people might get headaches, or fever, or rashes. Be

sure that you're also giving the antioxidant supps and your son

isgetting lots of rest. Fighting the viruses can leave you feeling

quite weak, IME.

Best wishes,

Anita

Thanks for your reply, Anita. The first thing I always ask the kids

when they say their head hurts is have you had water today. You

know I bet it was lack of sleep in conjunction with the antivirals.

He had a birthday party and was up late the night before.

I'm in agreement with Anita, don't double up or try to squeeze it

in...just continue on schedule where you are. Hope he feels better soon.

Just skip the dose and move on. I once took twice my own dose of OLE,

and caused symptoms that made it difficult to function that day.

Fortunately, giving extra Virastop did lessen the symptoms for me.

Yep, yeast in the head caused by viral " die off " . Nasty stuff. Try

increasing your yeast protocol, see if that helps.
