Guest guest
I've found an easier way to make Warren's guar (which needs to be sifted). The sifter often gets gummed up and has to be cleaned frequently. Also in spite of the sifting, I was still getting lumps. So I now put the designated amount into a powdered sugar sprinkler (obviously no longer being used for which it was intended). I then just sprinkle it into the water and whisk with a wire whisk. This would probably work with any such container with small holes for sprinkling, such as a spice container. If your guar is from " Beyond-a-Century " , all you need do is stir it in, you do not need to sift or take precautions. It mixes easily.
