It might happen that I listen… but

don’t understand :-)

I guess what Suz was referring to was the

fact that for a given percentage of calorie restriction, the heaviest

individuals were the longest living. However, the more severe (extreme the CR)

the more max-LS, so I’m sorry, but the rat evidence says: extreme CR. That’s

why I said I’m no rat and do not live in a lab…

lived rats are somwhat underweight but not extremely so - IOW a

testimonial

from the man himself that extreme CR ain't such a hot idea. And

by inference

that moderate CR (which is promoted on this list) IS the way to

go...........
