Amen brother! As mentioned many times previously, one has to balance the whole CRON thing thing into one's particular lifestyle. You may be a CRON fatty but, I would guess you're in better health than 95% of the population and probably look a lot better physically than many of the sub 20 extremists. My BMI is 24. I personally seem to have hit a plateau of 157-162 lbs., from a high of 196, on a basically ad lib CRON diet. (By ad lib I mean that I do not count calories, weigh portions or run my meals thru the software, but simply follow the various recipes in Walford's books and on the CR websites, as well as several low calorie and Thai cookbooks. I figure those who have gone before me have tabulated the nutrients to an acceptable level where I can use the time involved in a more enjoyable manner) When I get down to 157 I find that I start feeling somewhat weak. Perhaps I will eventually adjust to this and continue to lose weight, but right now my body seems to " need " to weigh about 160 in order for me to effortlessly run my 20 miles per week and complete my moderate three days a week free weight routine. Some might counter that I need to reduce my running and weight work, but frankly I enjoy my workouts too much to reduce my exercise further.
