Guest guest
Kathy: Welcome. We have it down to a science here on the CR Support List and you need to read our files. Start with: " CR Made Easy " . It will get you started. Then read the files which discuss healthy foods and what should be included in your diet. We also have an extensive " Member's Recipe " section. Above all, read Dr. Walford's " Beyond the 120 Year Diet " . All the science discussed on last night's program began with Dr W and his work and books. To access the files just go to the home page at: / and click on " files " in the left hand margin. > So does anyone have any advice on what to be careful of? Guest guest
Thanks. I already printed off most of the files last night and read them before I went to bed. I was just wondering how carefully people work to make sure they are getting adequate and complete nutrition. The programs at www.calorieking.com are great and definitely will help but I think it would be easy to not get a wide enough variety of nutrients. Guest guest
Kathy: we strive to get the widest possible variety of nutrients. That's why many of us use tracking programs. We also have a new file : Checklist for Food Variety " recently developed by member Suzie Cart. It's simple, effective and extremely helpful. on 8/31/2002 6:22 PM, Kaleyna at kaleyna@... wrote: > Thanks. I already printed off most of the files last night and read them > before I went to bed. Guest guest
Francesca, Anyway to get that in some other form than as an Excel document for those of us who don't have Excel? Kathy
