I'm still trying to figure it all out but I did find a section where you can pull up charts for nutrients, minerals, etc. by your food diary. This should be really helpful. So does anyone have any advice on what to be careful of? I would think as people first start cutting back their intake they often cut back on need nutrients by accident.
