As for possible pollutants, CR is supposedly somewhat protective for us. As I said in an earlier post, if you're going to worry about everything that goes into your mouth, you'll drive yourself crazy. Aside from the very obvious (smoking, excess alcohol, junk food etc) I don't worry too much. I keep it KISS.
