Guest guest
Hi all, I've been eating lunch for breakfast for years as it is the only way to stop mid morning hunger. Usually I throw veggies, a bit of rice and some lentils or beans to make a complete protein. The one year I strayed, and had muesli (whole 5 grain, not toasted, no sweetener) and blueberries with yoghurt I suffered terrible hunger and soon went running back to the veggies. The only trouble is with the guests or with travelling- everyone thinks you're bonkers. I just remind them of the Scandanavian and Japanese breakfasts with fish, fermented soy, tofu and grains. best wishes MM _________________________________________________________________ Send and receive Hotmail on your mobile device: http://mobile.msn.com
Guest guest
Hi Ake, I guess I must be lumping my hotel buffet experience with the typical Scandanivian breakfast...Sorry! I remember many sorts of fish, meats and cheese being presented along with the yoghurt, dark bread and juices. Hope I didn't create confusion with this post MM _________________________________________________________________ Send and receive Hotmail on your mobile device: http://mobile.msn.com
