Most experienced CRONies aren't worried about losing weight(anymore), but are just trying to keep their calorie counts down. So why should it matter if we choose to have most of our calories in the evening? Obesity isn't the enemy in this case. The enemy is long-term compliance with the challenges of calorie restriction.
