Yes, as Al says, "Eating less is the bottom line in either road you take, IMO." Most experienced CRONies aren't worried about losing weight(anymore), but are just trying to keep their calorie counts down. So why should it matter if we choose to have most of our calories in the evening? Obesity isn't the enemy in this case. The enemy is long-term compliance with the challenges of calorie restriction. IF eating at night improves compliance--and I'm not certain it would--then it's a good thing. No?
