Hi, actually it's "bugnewberry" a combination of my childhood nickname and my last name. Yes, you can list my recipe and put it under Becca Newberry please. I'm still very active w/the list, just a "lurker". Thanks.

Thanks for your interest! My CRing is a work in progress (as is for all of us I suppose) I'm doing pretty well at 1500K a day consisting of mostly CR friendly fare and exercising 3-4x a week(walking/running combo around 30-45min) I too, am thinking about starting up a weightlifting regimen again. I'm losing about 2-3 lb. a week and am currently 5' 7 and 119lbs. I recently purchased some vanilla satietrol and used it for the first time last night, to help w/my late night cravings. It was a success and helped me avoid my usually "popcorn attack" that I usually succumb to at that time. I would recommend it to others who have similar problems/cravings. I ordered from iherb too and found them to also be prompt and reasonably priced. I'm looking forward to the cookbook and will submit further recipes if possible. Take care everyone.

Ok Becca. Thanks for your quick reply. If you or anyone else has new

recipes (or old ones you haven't shared with us) please post to the list.

They'll be included in the new compilation. How's your CR program going?

Hey Becky: good going there! I would suggest slowing down from 2-3 lbs a

week which sounds a bit too fast. Especially if you've been croning for a

while. So relax, and pass the popcorn; you've earned it and it sounds

like you can easily fit it in and add it to your diet.
