I'm on about 1800-2000 calories. I weigh 110 and I am 5'5 " . I eat a very Mediterranean diet: olive oil, tomato, salad, fish, aged cheeses, some wine, a little chocolate. My weight has been steady and I haven't lost weight (I don't really want to, anyway.) I do, however, want to reduce my caloric intake and control my appetite a bit, which is great.
