Hi Pat: The CR diet is based on the scientific findings of Dr. Roy Walford.

In a nutshell, it's a calorie restricted/nutritionally dense type diet. You

eat the healthiest foods available. You will lose weight, and enhance your

health. Tests on animals in the labe have been successful. NIH is now

conducting test on primates and thus far these too have been successful. I

urge you to read our files, and read Dr Walford's " Beyond the 120 Year

Diet " (available in most libraries.

Although some make it complicated, it's really not. It's just cutting back

on calories and eating healthy.
