Joe, Very interesting study. I'm new to the group and have been on a CR diet

for about two weeks. I'm interested in the bio-markers you mentioned. What

is DHEAS and what is considered a low body temperature and a high body

temperature. Also, is there any easy, at home way to measure insulin

sensitivity? Thanks Rob
