I remember exactly the uneasy feeling of downing that first glass of

kefir. I sat around for a couple of hr's waiting for my GI tract to

set off alarms. But alas, I survived with no ill effects. The kefir

will just keep on getting better and better as the grains grow and

the kefir gets adjusted to their new environment.

I find a bit of cinnamon, sucralose and either fresh or frozen

blueberries, with maybe one or two teaspoons of low fat granola,

creates an almost desert like delight for me.
