Guest guest
Moderation and Variety. Two words to live by. That said: this subject is not a major one. Nobody has yet complained of kidney stones (although there have been other complaints about the side effects of CR). Walford doesn't even mention it (at least I never found a reference; if anyone else has, please post it). But the side effects of Jammer's standard American diet are well known: obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure, strokes, cancer and early death....... on 10/2/2002 11:45 AM, Tom Kobzina at tkobzina@... wrote: > On October 02, 2002 7:52 AM, Tim Tyler wrote: > >> Since these the vegetables (especially spinach) generally supply >> lots of their own vitamins and minerals, deficiencies may not be a >> big concern - but it's easy to wonder if Popeye wound up with >> kidney stones... > > Choose your poison: > > " Foods containing these chemicals may be consumed in moderation.
