Hi All,

Sleep seems to get worse when fasting in the day is practiced, as suggested

by: PMID: 11903862 [PubMed - indexed for MEDLINE]

This study suggests the two-hour post glucose feeding glucose level

monitoring is of little value. Something to think about, it is, when I get

tested after fasting next time. I got some tests including glucose done

yesterday and results will be available from the nurse who just copies the

reports today if I ask her. They are so nice people here. It takes only

one or two hours for most tests.

Cheers, Al.
