Hi All,

Concerning the numbers on his blood work that Dean reported on yesterday, I

can only add that life insurance companies might have a motive in getting

blood results not to be good.

I got my blood work from Monday at 3 pm yesterday morning and was most

pleased.

My hemoglobin went up 20% from May to now only 81% of low value of the

normal range, neutrophils were 100% of the low value,

white blood cells were 62.5%,

lymphocytes 47%,

red blood cells 77%,

hematocrit 79%,

blood urea nitrogen 97%,

sodium 91%, chloride 94%,

calcium was 107% versus 96% in May,

cholesterol 86% versus 90% in May of this year

and high density lipoprotein 160% versus 156% in May 2002.

So my total/high density lipoprotein ratio is 2.39 versus 2.58 in November,

2001.

My red blood cell distribution width was 143% of normal high value

and mean corpuscle hemoglobin 102% of high.

I still have a few things like ferritin and vitamin D to come.

I take sodium as monosodium glutamate, which is 13.6% sodium versus 39.3%

for sodium chloride. I have been taking less than a gram monosodium

glutamate/day and more calcium chloride for chloride taste. I like the

combination. Calcium chloride is 31% calcium.

Cheers, Al.
