Jeoff: I assume you added some sweetner????

If you did, and it's still terrible, you probably added too much. I tried

the cherry and it's Ok to me. I add anywhere from 10 to 20 drops to about a

quart of pudding. Some of the stronger flavors, like cinnamon only require

the lesser amount. That said, a couple of them are awful and I poured them

down the drain (cloves, for example). But the majority are fine, a few are

really terrific (choc hazelnut and pina colada), and a few are awful.
