Guest guest
Hello people, At the moment I share the kitchen, including some accessories and fridge/freezers with 10 other students. I decided that I really need my own fridge/freezer-combi. Could anyone tell me what freezing and cooling capacity is a must for someone on a CRON-diet using the quantity-cook-and-freeze option (Megameals) discussed in Walfords " The Anti-Agin Plan " ? Walford recommends that one maintains a stockpile of thirty-two single-serving meals for an average capacity freezer. But what is an average capacity? I realize that the needed capacity may vary per person and use, but any suggestions are valuable since I don't have any experience with this and I don't want to do a bad-buy. I found an affordable fridge/freezer-combi with 94 liters freezing space and 157 liters cooling space, and thought that might be sufficient for I'll be the only person using it. But I could be mistaking. Thanks, .
