Hello ,

Sprout sunflower until they achieve 90 percent hull droppage.

Then there is very little work to do, and it is easy.

Sunflower sprouts are 4 to 6 inches tall at this latter stage

of harvesting, and take about 8 to 10 days to reach maturity.

Some consider sunflower to be one of the very tastiest of

all sprouts, and top-notch for health.
