If not can anyone > recommend a brand of krill oil? > Dr. Mercola is selling krill oil that he has researched the quality of. He didn't give the brand, but I researched krill oil and his price is good. He ran out and is supposed to get more the first week of April. I'm going to order some from him. I wonder if I should stop giving vitamin E when we start the krill oil. Anyone know? Rae
Guest guest
We use krill oil from Designs for Health. It's been tested clean and free of heavy metals. We get it from www.illnessisoptional.com for 20% off retail every day, with free shipping if you order $100 of total products. This company, located in the NE US, has the majority of brands that ASD families tend to use (tho not Kirkman's or Brainchild). Some of the brands are not on their website due to mfgr restrictions but you can get them if you call for the same discount. There are several krill oil mfgrs . . . I don't know the quality of any of them except the Designs for Health. Our son's nutritionist researched this one carefully and was pleased with the quality and purity. Our son is about 50 lbs and he takes 3 of the caps every 4 days since we rotate oils on a 4 day schedule. He still takes E every day, per his nutritionist's recommendation. Hope that helps, Mom of C and D > > > > Does anyone here use krill oil? Is all Krill oil from the same > > manufacturer? Does one company have a patent on it? Guest guest
For kids who are very sensitive and tend to get " allergic " to things, it gives their body a break between times they are exposed to it so they don't develop an allergy or sensitivity. We also rotate all foods, probiotics, vitamin C, and all supplements that are food based. We've managed to actually get rid of some allergies/sensitivities and not develop any new ones. > > > > > > > > Does anyone here use krill oil? Is all Krill oil from the > same > > > > manufacturer?
