chat question (AL acid/ L-carnitine)

in response to a question last night in the chat: I buy my alpha lipoic

acid and L-carnitine loose from Beyond-a-Century. You can buy empty

capsules from Capsule Connection. You can also buy a capsule machine (to

fill the capsules) from The capsule machine. I don't use the capsule

machine though; I found it messy and difficult to use. I just fill the

capsule with the tool provided, (holding it over the bottle in case of

spillage) filling it 1/3 full with the al acid and 2/3 full with l-carnitine

and close it manually. Doesn't take long at all. I guess we all find our

own method of doing this.
