Guest guest
Hi Joe and All, I view it not as a matter of the (IMO ridiculously small) small harm of sugar substitutes. It is a matter of what the real sweetener replaces in a restricted diet. My guesstimate is that there is more than 1000 times more harm in removing the healthy food from the diet than the harm from adding substitutes.
