Guest guest
Ria: Welcome to the world of delurkers!! Nice to have ya join " the posters " among us. Your method sounds fine. What matters is calories ingested over your lifetime. So 6 calorie counting days to one ad lib day would work. Of course seven CR days is even better, but if this is working for you, keep at it. In my case, I go " off " and ad lib if a special occasion comes up, like say a wedding. In any case, I try be moderate and not to stuff myself silly when that occurs, something I would do in pre-CR days. on 8/20/2002 2:45 PM, Ria Brownlow at riabrownlow@... wrote: > Hello All, > > For the past couple of weeks, I've been " lurking " in the list, > > enjoying it. Guest guest
Hi Ria and welcome, The six days "on" and one day "off" approach is practiced by several people. If you're accustomed to counting calories daily anyway, you might enjoy trying a software program called Diet Power that will tally your nutrients both daily and weekly. That will give you the big picture of how your "ON" part of the CRON program is shaping up. There are other programs that do this (think there's a file for them on our page) but I mention Diet Power because I use that one myself. It's free for 30 days, which is maybe all you'd need. See www.dietpower.com. Suz
