Guest guest
Hello Suzanne Nice saying: " It's what you USUALLY do that counts. " Let me add some of my experience with CR. Last year I was ALMOST THE WHOLE YEAR eating a diet of 1400 kcal/day. I go to bed hungry and wake-up hungry. I work all day long in the computer and at night I went to the campus of UFSCar (universidade federal de São - www.dc.ufscar.br). At the end of the year my appearence was horrible. Although I was preety good, people thought I had HIV when I began to teach digital signal processing in São o. These things had a great impact in my mind. I decide to gain some weigth with the EOD (Every Other Day, or all-you-can-eat-cr) diet. My weight rised from 52 kg (114 lbs) to 57kg (125 lbs )and my BMI is now 18.0. In few mounths I've recovered my skin thickness and my appearence is now much, much, much more healthier than before. People doen't think that I'm sick anymore. So why don't combine CR schemes if a single one can have such tremendous disvantages? 1) Being hungry all the time (not the main disvantage). 2) Suffer social discrimination. 3) Suffer an overhelming will to eat a cheeseburger. 4) Suffer from guilty to eat ... etc... What do you think ? If you try to be a extreme perfeccionist some day the thing may dramatically fail ! []s Gandhi.
