So here's my answer to "food cravings and calories" in the smallest nutshell I can find: Reduce your calories and your cravings by eating primarily nutrient-dense, low-calorie foods, until you GRADUALLY become SOMEWHAT UNDERWEIGHT. How do you determine if you are "somewhat" underweight, versus too underweight, too overweight, or just average? If you have to ask, you aren't there.
