Guest guest
To Kathy and all newbies: We welcome your questions but we strongly suggest reading the files and reading Dr. Walford's: " Beyond the 120 Year Diet " BEFORE embarking on any CRON regimen. There are sound scientific principles involved that are explained in the book and in the advice we try to give to newbies. So please don't jump in without reading. To do otherwise, is possibly risking your health and well being. Dr Walford's book is available in most libraries. However most of us veterans own a copy that we use for reference. Also this is not a weight loss diet. This is a diet to enhance your health. Weight loss inevitably occurs for most of us, but it occurs as a side effect and is not the primary goal of CRON. The goal of CRON is better health/longer life. > That CalorieKing site actually had a suggested daily calorie intake of 1300 > and another site http://www.di8.co.uk/di8f.htm suggests 1238 calories a day > (both of those are for a 1 pound a week loss rate). 1800 a day would be more > than what the second site says I need to stay at 139! > > Kathy > >
