I've never heard of O'Brien. What are his credentials?

Many of us feel the best way to get our nutrition is from foods. Foods have

nutrients in them that cannot always be distilled into supplements and

perhaps substances yet to be discovered.

Some of the products on this page look very suspect IMHO - the " guardian

medallion??? " for example.
