If you're worried about cancer, or it runs in your family, eat: broccoli

sprouts (much more potent than plain broccoli), selenium (contained in

abundance in Brazil nuts - one nut a day is plenty) and some of the rarer

mushrooms like Riiatke and Shiitake.
