First they switch from lard I believe it was (saturated fat) to trans fats in order to make their fries " healthier " . However, now that we know that trans fats are almost certainly worse than saturated fats they switch to *polyunsaturated* fats!! Yes, that's just what one wants: *fragile* polyunsaturated fats deep fried! They should just switch to monounsaturated fats. That would probably be the healthiest fat choice they could make for frying. And fries would still be junk food, of course. If they keep pretending thier food is getting healthier when it really isn't they will almost make the idiots who are suing them because they thought fast food was healthy, (oh and slimming as well ), look *as if* they have a case.
