Guest guest
Hi All Speaking with Mom the other night, the old gray mare, she continues to impress me: she is much of what she used to be; much of what she used to be; the old gray mare, she is much of what she used to be; many long years ago. It is impressive to me that Mom lost the better part of 100 pounds since her middle age. Relative to her heavier sisters that have not died yet, she is in outstanding health and has more vigor. For me, I ate loads of popcorn before I left work for sleep shortly after 5 am. The grant is gone and I do feel no longer involved emotionally involved. I did my job. This is what I get paid for. I did my best. I had good help. I expect no favors. If the grant is funded it is gravy in the research not food. Unfortunately, my work plate is still overflowing, but not my dinner plate. However, I apparently lost no weight in the grant submission process. Cheers, Al. Alan Pater, Ph.D.; Faculty of Medicine; Memorial University; St. 's, NF A1B 3V6 Canada; Tel.
