I don't know what " Party Soba " is however from the name it sounds like it

might have a lot more in it than " plain " nori (think " party chips " for

example). If you do decide to repeat the experiment, try the plain

unadulterated nori an dlet us know if you get the same result. Also it

sounds from your description like you eat a lot more than the modest amount

I add to dishes.
